We know you have many choices when choosing a dental provider. Simply call or message our office through our website and we would be happy to assist you. If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we request a 48-hour notice.
Insurance and Billing
Kramer Family Dentistry is not contracted with any dental insurance providers. We work with insurance plans that include out of network benefits. Although we are not contracted with insurance plans, we will file insurance claims for you. Please contact our office for all your billing and insurance questions and we will be happy to assist you.
Payment Options
